Solution

When we discovered the Customer Portals we knew Planhat was for us: they were exactly what we needed to ensure success collaboratively for both ourselves and our customers. Planhat's flexible health score also synthesised all the insight we needed on our customers immediately, in 1 simple number rather than multiple metrics spread across a range of systems.

Impact

We saw a very quick time to value. It was very easy to bring all our data into Planhat, and all the necessary integrations were already in place. Also, using Planhat to onboard new customers has been the cherry on top. With Planhat's Workflows, each task triggers another task that triggers the following task - it creates a clear and effective process.
