Push real-time, custom notifications into any Microsoft Teams channel.

How it works

Once configured, Planhat will surface custom notifications into any Microsoft Teams channel, triggered by any event in Planhat.

Configure

Authorized Planhat users can configure custom notifications to push to Microsoft Teams with nothing more than the channel's email address. To find this in Teams, go to the channel name, and select More options and then Get email address. If no email address is available, contact your Teams admin, as there is an admin setting to activate this functionality. For a step-by-step guide, see our Help Center.
