How it works

Gong call recordings, conversation summaries and call metadata can be synced unidirectionally into Planhat with fully custom field mappings and configurations. Data is synced near-instantaneously.

Configure

This integration is activated on-demand by one of Planhat's Technical Account Managers. In order to complete setup, you will need to be authorized to create webhooks and API keys in Gong. For more details, see our Help Center.
