Team
This role sits within Finance and Operations but touches everything. You’ll work across teams, ensuring expenses, vendor payments, office management, and other operational processes run smoothly. It’s an opportunity to play a key role in keeping a fast-growing SaaS company efficient and organized.
We don’t mind where you’ve come from—whether you’re a top graduate, been an office manager, worked in a fast-paced startup, got bored doing finance or accounts payable for a large corporate, or have a background in sports—the key is your drive to get things done and make an impact.

You don’t need years of experience—just a sharp mind, strong work ethic, and a knack for keeping things in order.
No two days will be the same, but here’s a taste of what you’ll be responsible for:
Solve problems before they happen – You spot recurring issues with expense tracking and set up an automation that catches errors before they happen, saving the team hours each week.
Streamline workflows – You consolidate multiple reports into one dashboard, giving everyone a clearer picture of spend and freeing up time for bigger priorities.
Own the details – Process expenses, manage reimbursements, handle office purchases, and make sure company money is spent wisely.
Make things run smoothly – Vendor payments, contract tracking, financial admin, office management, travel arrangements—if it keeps the business moving, you’re on it.
Provide operational support – From coordinating office logistics to ensuring employees have the tools they need to work efficiently, you handle the day-to-day details that keep everything running seamlessly.
Pitch in wherever needed – This is a startup. No job is too big or too small—you roll up your sleeves and get it done.
Fluency in Swedish is a big plus. Fluency in numbers and business is a must.
