Mission

Position and scale demand for Planhat in strategic markets – by any means necessary.

Team

Although this role sits under Marketing, it is highly interdisciplinary.

It involves close collaboration with Planhat's Product and GTM teams, and reports directly into Planhat's C-Suite. As Planhat's first Growth hire, you will fight shoulder-to-shoulder with our world-class:

  • product managers, providing them with market insights that allow us to deploy more competitive solutions;

  • creative studio, collaborating on development of positioning, messaging and distribution of mixed-media campaigns;

  • go-to-market leaders, testing out new market opportunities and developing innovative tactics for market penetration.

It is your responsibility to leverage these exceptional resources to cut through the noise and win. You should be comfortable with breaking the rules and challenging the status quo: leaning into guerilla tactics, unconventional strategies and relentless experimentation to drive demand that materialises into sustained growth.

  • Creative & Curious: Have a track record of using guerrilla marketing, growth hacks, and out-of-the-box thinking to drive results. Whether it’s viral loops, social engineering, or clever automations, you know how to get attention with limited resources.

  • Analytical & Results-Driven: Listen to what works and kill what doesn't. You know how to track and measure your moonshot moves, and pivot quickly when something's off.

  • Resourceful & Resilient: Can make your ideas work on a shoestring and run pilots to secure buy-in for bigger moves. You’re not afraid to fail forward and learn from every experiment to refine your approach.

  • Alert & Aware: Know what's wired, tired and expired. Have your finger on the pulse of our market, adjacent markets, and competitors. Explore and adopt innovative new methods and technologies, like new AI co-pilots - to our advantage.

  • Empathetic & Imaginative: Understand what motivates people and how to catch and hold their attention long enough to convert it into action. Drive people to take the action we want them to: be it attending our events, demoing our product, or engaging with viral campaigns.

And perhaps most importantly, you’re a self-starter who thrives on hustle. You’re hands-on, scrappy, and know how to get things done. You don’t wait for instructions—you take the initiative and execute with speed and precision.

Trajectory

In your first year, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our product’s go-to-market strategies, experimenting with creative acquisition tactics, and driving impactful campaigns that directly contribute to the revenue growth of our new products.

By the end of the first year, you will have not only increased customer acquisition but also established scalable growth models that can be replicated across different channels. You’ll have had a measurable impact on how we drive engagement and acquisition, becoming a key figure in Planhat’s continued growth.

As you grow within the role, you’ll take full ownership of driving large-scale growth initiatives, collaborating with leadership to ensure we remain competitive in a fast-changing market. Natural evolutions of this role include GTM leadership or heading up company-wide Growth as we continue to scale into new markets.

Location

The team is global, but working from anywhere is a right earned and not given, and context sharing is critical for ramping fast. So in a majority of cases we’re looking for people who can (re-)locate to our offices in London or Stockholm for at least the first year.
