Team
This is a unique BDR role that blends talent acquisition with operational leadership, helping scale our team while driving key projects that span multiple departments.
You’ll work directly with the CEO and commercial leaders across the US and Europe.
Your first priority: scaling our team with the right talent, fast.
At the same time, you’ll take charge of critical projects that don’t fit neatly into any one department and require a safe, creative pair of hands to drive them forward.
Competencies
We’re looking for a scrappy BDR with street smarts—someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to be at the heart of it all.
We’re open to different backgrounds, but you’ll need to be skilled at connecting with B2B leaders, as talent acquisition is a big part of this role and requires building relationships quickly.
Forget buzzwords or years of experience—this is about getting things done and doing them well. No two days are the days the same, but here’s a taste of the kind of things you’ll be making happen:
Sourcing and engaging top talent to fuel our commercial org
Building high-value events and experiences, fueling both our sales pipeline and brand presence.
Pulling off a last-minute VIP customer dinner for ten in Chicago—somewhere fancy, but not stuffy (and you’ve never even been to Chicago!)
Someone asks you to handle swag bags for a conference in Stockholm, and you end up creating something so impressive, even the teams with bigger budgets are taking notes.
Also, you’re passionate about automations (or eager to learn). For example, maybe you’ve rigged your home so you never touch a light switch and everything runs off your phone, or you’ve got Zapier and ChatGPT running your inbox—either way, we love a systems thinker.
