We are one of the most versatile teams at Planhat.
We work with clients across different industries, and team up with our colleagues across sales, CS, and product. We work alongside our customers at every stage of the client lifecycle:
Help an EduTech startup set up a health score based on product usage insights to identify expansion opportunities
Take a PropTech company's key processes from spreadsheets and forms into Planhat, not only designing automation steps, but also flagging churn risk
Help a FinTech startup struggling with data across many systems sync their data seamlessly into Planhat
We are an eclectic bunch. Our backgrounds include pre-sales, customer support, customer success, consultancy, project management, and engineering.
Some of us had a technical background before joining, and have experience with tools like Salesforce and Hubspot; but many of us come from commercial roles and wanted to get deeper into products and providing real value to our clients.
Competencies
We are not obsessed about years of experience, we look for something deeper.
The main thing is business acumen (preferably experience at a scrappy startup), coupled with an interest in the product side of things. You get that this role is all about creating tangible business value, not getting lost in technical details. In short, you are someone who translates business requirements into results with technology and data.
People are always sending things your way because you just seem to 'get it'. You get stuff to work, often better than people were picturing. We’re not looking for a tickbox of years of experience. Some of the things we value are:
Self-starter: you enjoy learning, you’re curious, you like a fast pace, you jump onto business and technical calls, quickly understand people’s objectives, then figure out an efficient technical implementation, your comfort zone is constantly expanding
Problem solver: you're structured, you like logical challenges, and also know when you're heading down a rabbit hole (it happens!)

Location
Success in this mission depends on strong cultural alignment, a fast ramp-up, and ongoing collaboration.
We are looking for someone who can be in our London or Stockholm office and work directly with our existing CS, Sales, and TAM teams.
