Planhat is named a Leader by Gartner and IDC

Over the last couple of weeks, Planhat has been named a Leader by both Gartner and IDC, recognized for: our current capabilities, the completeness of our vision, our ability to execute on it – and the market-readiness of our future strategies.

Gartner’s first report of this kind evaluates the top Customer Success Management (CSM) Platforms, benchmarking us against industry peers and underscoring our commitment to customer-driven growth and retention. Similarly, IDC highlights how both the Planhat platform and our licensing model have been effectively designed to "strategically support growth across an entire organization".


This recognition is the culmination of a decade-long journey of relentless focus on what we see as the cornerstone of modern business: enabling customer retention and growth. Planhat remains independent, driven by the vision of its founders and management team – people who have been shaped profoundly by real industry needs their entire careers.

What’s really worth noting, though, is that unlike our peers in the space, we’ve never been a platform purely for Customer Success. As both Gartner and IDC highlight, Planhat is uniquely positioned to broadly support and integrate post-sale teams – not silo them off from one another. It’s no accident that more than 30% of Planhat users work outside traditional Customer Success teams. Everything we’ve done since day 1 has been founded on the assumption that customer success is everyone’s business.
